Prayas is a social welfare organization run by the spouses of L&T
ECC employees at Chennai, India.
2. What are the ideals on which it is based?
Prayas extends help to hands that serve the less privileged.
3. What are the main activities?
Prayas offers free medical help to the poor, takes care of destitutes,
young and old, and also the physically challenged.
4. Who can become a member?
Spouses of all L&T employees in service or retired are eligible
to become members.
5. How can one help Prayas?
Any professional with a kind heart and a will to serve can offer his/her
